Strawberries, hearts ricotta, jelly and cream perfect ingredients to make a sweet Valentine with the Thermomix as those that we show you below!

150 grams cream already sweetened
250 grams mascarpone
50 grams powdered sugar
6 grams gelatin sheets
For the base
Chop the biscuits vel. turbo few seconds
Add the soft butter into small pieces and even speed. turbo for a few seconds
Spread on baking sheet with the help of the back of a spoon also doing a little ‘edge and put in the fridge
For the filling

300 g sugar
300 g flour
300 g cottage cheese
1 lemon (scoza)
1 teaspoon baking powder vanilla cake
10 g Brandy
Turn the oven and preheat to 170 °
